Who created CountyKiosk.com

Two long-time friends and St. Lawrence County Residents -- Andrew McDermott and Mary Strong.
For years they knew they should work together but other projects and jobs always kept them apart. Unemployment brought
them together. The two share a common goal ... to use the Interent to promote local economy

What is a kiosk

A kiosk is typically: any small structure that stands alone, usually for the purpose of supplying a product or service
(ie the attendant's booth in a parking lot, a news stand or magazine booth in the center of a mall).
We have adapted that word to mean a web-based center for information and commerce.
